Over 20 years’ experience in the area of Human Resources and training design and delivery.  Substantial experience working Operational HR and provision of an advisory and consultancy service on a range of human resource issues, procedures and policies, consistent with best practice, legislation and company culture.  Experienced in the application of Human Factors and Behavioural Change practices and psychometrics.
