Courses Tailor Made for You

EFSTAS provides tailored training to meet clients’ business needs.  All of our courses and workshops can be customised to meet the specific requirements for your industry or company. In addition, we can provide ‘taster’ courses that can provide an overview of different subject areas raising awareness for all levels of personnel from Operators and Technicians through to Supervisors and Senior Management. 

Our experienced consultants ill work closely with you to identify issues that can enhance the performance of your team and mitigate specific risks.  With some notice it may be possible to tailor the course to address a specific site-based problem to enhance learning for delegates. 

Courses can be delivered at your business premises, minimising the time spent away from site and reducing travel and accommodation costs.  Alternatively, it can be beneficial to attend courses at our training facility when time off site can be a useful means of focussing attention on specific issues away from the distractions of normal day-to-day work.  It may also be possible to arrange training via webinar, e-learning or podcast.  If you are interested in one of these mechanisms please contact us to discuss further. 

We can also assist in identifying the development needs of your team and creating a programme to address those needs over time. 

In general, bespoke and in-house courses require a minimum of six delegates to make the course or workshop effective.

There is no formal assessment for bespoke courses, however our team can write a basic competency assessment to suit your needs and provide a certificate of completion.
