Hazard and Operability Team Leader

This three-day course is intended to give participants a greater knowledge and understanding of the principles of applying the HAZOP technique and will equip them with the skills necessary to effectively lead HAZOP studies.

Workshop Objectives

The objective of this course is to: develop the required skills to plan and prepare for a HAZOP study meeting; manage an effective HAZOP study meeting; enable the accurate production of records avoiding common pitfalls; formulating the HAZOP study report; and the leaders role in managing the implementation and closure of the HAZOP recommendations.  The course will utilise technical presentations, extensive workshops under tutored observation and the sharing of the extensive experience of our trainers within industry.

No previous experience necessary.

As this course is not accredited there is no formal assessment, however our team can write a basic competency assessment to suit your needs and provide a certificate of completion.
